Structure introduction:

Chamber structure

metal plate material:

The inner and outside material is SUS mirror surface corrosion resistant plate,inner chamber two sides have sample Rail frame,it has the adjustable hang strip, heat preservation and heat insulation at least 10cm with hardness polyamine foaming.It has the high quality bakelite and glass fibre doorframe cutting off the heat conduction. Heat-proof quality is quite good,the door airtight seal strip is the two-way wide hig-temperature resistance silicon foaming.

Test space blowing-in circulate

Mature blowing-in system use high temperature resistance multiple-blade wind wheel which is drived by the motor,the upside blade blow the wind in and the downside return the wind. When the temperature is -70-100℃,the error will be less 2℃

Controller system

Use the Youyi controller which is with low energy consumption (20W),the controll system accuracy is ±0.3℃.

2.Water supply system choice:go against permeation.

We use the purified water when doing the humidity,use the pure water to supply the water.

3.Polymeric membrane/turning wheel dehumidification system

The requirement of the long time low-temature and low-humidity of the test is necessary,so that the cellular chemistry dehumidification is your necessary choice.The temperature and humidity can be the lowest point,that is 10℃ 10%RH

4.LN2/LCO2 Speediness cooling temperature system

We will provide the all complete USA imported LN2/LCO2 solenoid valve and related control system,so that it can reach the heating speedly requirement!

5.Adding the glass inner door and handle hole

If you want to move or open the test sample,we have add the glass door and handle hole,in case of the influence that opening the chamber door casued.

6.Recorder gaining the test data on time

If you need to do the testing and multipoint recording,adding the recording is your best choice!
